We are all aware of the many wonderful advancements in the field of implantology today. Dentures are no longer the only option for our patients who are faced with the decision to replace their natural teeth.  Many of our patients who have already lost their teeth are struggling with the frustrating challenges and limitations of wearing dentures. There are numerous options available today, all claiming to “fix” denture related problems, however, it can be overwhelming to patients who are presented multiple implant treatment options unless they are properly educated and informed.  As dentists/oral surgeons/denturists, despite our best efforts to make our patients happy and comfortable in their dentures, most  are limited by significant bone loss in the mouth which consequently leaves them struggling with:
